Matthew Jelf

Matthew is a classically trained and experienced bass-baritone and choral conductor based in London. A graduate of the University of York, he is Music Director of Shalford Choral Society and the News International Choir of London. He works as a Choral Animateur for the Rochester Cathedral Chorister Outreach Programmes and sings regularly as a Deputy Bass Clerk in and around London. Recent engagements include concerts at St Martin in the Fields, Cadogan Hall, Purcell Room, Southbank Centre, RCM, St Alfege's Greenwich, Rochester Cathedral, The Lighthouse Arts Centre (Poole) and choral tours to Germany, Spain, France and Italy.
