A distinguished piano duet (4hands 1piano) since 1990, Anne and Geoffrey explore the treasure chest of music for 4 hands on one piano. Repertoire ranges from standard major works to pieces in lighter mood, bringing to audiences attractive, refreshing, varied programmes with something for everyone to enjoy. A speciality is composers’ arrangements for 4 hands of their own and other composers’ works often better known for other instrumental combinations – they also revive pieces from archive. Their CDs reflect this approach.

Having tutored duet courses at Benslow Music Trust for over 10 years, they also organise others nationwide along with duet days, masterclasses, educational workshops and promotions in music shops. Composers have written works for them and they’ve premièred most of John Carmichael’s works for piano duet.
