Richard RosenbergRICHARD ROSENBERG, director of the Hot Springs Music Festival, is one of a handful of American conductors whose experience ranges from contemporary music to historical performance practice. Under his baton, Mr. Rosenberg's editions of music by the 19th-century Louisiana Romantic composers Dédé, Gottschalk and Lambert were released by Naxos. Mr. Rosenberg has served as music director of the Chamber Orchestra of California in San Francisco, of the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Symphony Orchestra, the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra, and of the Pennsylvania Ballet and of RESONANCE. He has recently produced two compact discs for Naxos with Dave Brubeck.
