Kevin KomisarukKevin Komisaruk has performed as soloist in England, France, Germany, Canada, the United States, and Mexico, and has been heard on network broadcasts of Radio France, SRC and the CBC (Canada). His 2001 recording of keyboard works by John Bull (ATMA Classique dist. Harmonia Mundi) has received international acclaim, including an award from the prestigious Belgian journal Le magazine d'orgue, which distinguished the recording as "outstanding, original, and indispensible." Recent solo recitals have been at St. Paul's Cathedral in London (England), the Washington National Cathedral (USA), including venues in Chicago, Pittsburgh, New York, Boston, and a concert tour of Northern Germany. His 2004 release of works from the Tabulatura Nova by Samuel Scheidt (ATMA), is being produced on the quarter-comma meantone instrument at Knox College Chapel in Toronto. Dr. Komisaruk is a Lecturer in Early Music Performance at the University of Toronto.
