Concert Form Details
How do the user administration screens work.
From this screen you can create a concert or a program item.
Simply follow the instructions on-screen and then click "Save".
How the Search option works (next to composer or venue).
When you want to type in a composer or a venue, you must always first find out whether or not it is in the database. Type in a keyword and then click on search. Then follow the on-screen instructions for entering a composer or a venue. You must always use the searching routine, otherwise your data will not save and you will prompted to search the database for a venue or composer.
However, you can create a new composer or a venue if it is not listed by following this link.
For entering concerts
Simply type in the concert details as prompted. This will then put your concert on-line. Once you have done this, you may then wish to type in program details. You can do this by going into the main concert admin screen and then clicking on the venue link to bring up a list of concerts for that venue. You will then see an option to "Add new program item to this concert". Click on this link, and follow the instructions to create a program item. You can create more than one program item for a concert.
